1)20 cs
2)Build max amount of indy per turn TWICE
3)4 cs

Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 while selling spies in between each step, build
farms and explore as needed. At turn 80 switch production to 100% turrets.
Also just explore and build indy once you have 60 cs, if you run of income for
max build of indy, just build cs.

Out of protection
Sell turrets for income

Build between 16 to 28 cs at begining of day.
Build indy and explore until you have 500 indy.
Build 16 to 28 cs at begining of day once more, you should be around 100
and then you explore and build labs until you have 500 labs, once you start
exploring and building labs you stop building cs FOR NOW. Sell as many
turrets as possible. Slowly destroy each of the 500 indy and build labs in it's
place. You should have about 1000 labs now.
Teching phase
Now switch to DEMOCRACY, build labs on the empty land cause by the
switch.
Research business and residential technology evenly until you have 186%
residential technology, and 186% business technology.
Then research weapons technology to 135% AFTER residential and
business.

Switching to final casher phase
Destroy all of your research labs you should have lots of income while getting
up your residential and business technology. Use this income to build res
and ent evenly until you have filled up your new land with ent and res.
From about one fourth of turns at the BEGINING of the day building
construction sites. Then explore and build ent and res until 2000 acres.
Spend the income from your first 75% OF YOUR TURNS TO BUY TECH!
Residential and Business first, keep it at or over 184%. Then buy weapons
tech and a few jets for landgrabbing. Spend the income from your last 25% of
your turns to BUY MILITARY!.
While doing this landgrab little targets and build, rinse and repeat, gain 1000
acres a day early on, raise this to 2000 acres, and slowly upwards.
Remember that your growth RATE IS VERY IMPORTANT to a high finish.
You can also store food if you like. 60 to 75 Million is easily reached in the
tourny, and finishing number 1 in 1a is also possible.
EXTRA NOTES on this Strat-The only part you can really change is the first
1000 acres, but the general concept still applies, play a regular theocracy
indy FIRST except you build a crapload of construction sites in the
begining(60 minimum) then you build from 500-700 indy while building cs,
THEN you then explore and build from 300-500 labs, sell military, go back
destroy indy and build labs in it's place. How you do this is up to you.
In 1a, I spent one whole day build cs about every 5000 acres, although I built
a little everyday, the goal is 75 build per turn by 15,000 acres although it
might be less for the tourny.
This strategy could have gotten me up to the top 10 before I was killed in 1a
also, on August 24th 1999I was getting 6.2 Million a turn in cash WITHOUT
hitting the cash button, had 65% sdi, 184% res and business tech, 130%
weapons also in the august 24th 1999 with 65 build per turn so yes it does
work. This is about 2 and half weeks into the standard game sitting in the top
100.
